Rat Penat ラットペナット

Rat Penat is a course my dad took me on. Across 55km mostly uphill with some sections of 23% gradients there was 1 point I had to get off my bike and push. Was probably the hardest cycle of my life and my heart rate went up to 202 beats per min. Which is more then 3 a second if u can't do math.

この前父とアドべンチャー行きました。自転車で５５km。半分以上はヒルクライム。かなりきつく、降りて歩かなければいけないところもあったけど脈拍が200／分以上になった。

On the way home we stopped by a converted manor house that is now a Tibetan Monastery. Was a interesting little walk around, then we were advised to do 3 laps of this circle while spinning all the small barrels. Apparently its meant to bring good luck so fingers crossed that works....
帰りの途中、チベット寺院があり幸運が届くようお祈りしてきた。下の写真で分かるかも。

Gay Parade Sitges ゲイパレード

This may be a very common thing in most of the world but in Japan I'm not certain if there is a Gay Parade. I've only been to two- one in Copenhagen and this one yesterday and the one in Sitges was twice the size of the one in Copenhagen.
世界でゲイパレィドはふつだけど日本にはあるの？今回は俺の二回めだけどまたちょっとびくりだった。

All the floats had loud music from your classic 80's disco to current house music and bubbles or smoke machines. It was all very well done. They were spraying alcohol out of water pistols and it was all getting a lil wild for 7pm on a Saturday.
音楽がうるさくって、酒いっぱい、マジ元気な人たちがめちゃー盛り上がりがりでした。

I went with my mum for protection and i think she was definitely... surprised?
母と一緒に行った。。。母はやっぱ。。。ちょっとビックリでした。。。

Lovin' Beaches 海最高

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE TOKYO, and many of the other cities I have seen along the way but i also LOVE beaches... Maybe it's the sunshine, the lack of clothing, the happiness or the care free vibes but its always a good place to go. From surfing to swimming, to building a sand castle or drinking with friends its just always a good place to be....

東京と横浜は間違いなく大好きだけど俺は海も大好きだよー！天気とか、ビキニとか、みんな海がすきな人たちは元気と明るいから大好き。

The other day I tried whatever this is called....
It's pretty hard at first... you have to guess the correct amount of water to ride and then as you run you throw the board, jump, balance, slide....after blood was drawn from several crashes i stopped... but here are some photos.

Spain Life スペイン生活

Currently I am in Spain, in a town called Sitges 30 minutes from Barcelona. Spain as I imagined is a place of fine wine, nice food and Spanish an attractive language spoken by a not so bad looking population.
 I quiet enjoy spain and the beach lifestyle I have adopted.Though at the beginning it wasn't easy adjusting to their way of life.

俺は今スペインに住んでます！バルセロナから車で３０分の距離。スペインは思っていた通りワインも、食事も、天候も、良くそしてきれいな言葉で話すきれいな人たち。
